{"id":5397,"date":"2022-10-17T06:00:08","date_gmt":"2022-10-17T04:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpih.ch\/?p=5397"},"modified":"2022-10-17T06:40:18","modified_gmt":"2022-10-17T04:40:18","slug":"accord-sur-la-compensation-du-rencherissement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpih.ch\/de\/accord-sur-la-compensation-du-rencherissement\/","title":{"rendered":"Voller Teuerungsausgleich"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vce-row-container\" data-vce-boxed-width=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-row vce-row--col-gap-30 vce-row-content--top\" id=\"el-8c9a45a9\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-8c9a45a9\"><div class=\"vce-row-content\" data-vce-element-content=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-col vce-col--md-auto vce-col--xs-1 vce-col--xs-last vce-col--xs-first vce-col--sm-last vce-col--sm-first vce-col--md-last vce-col--lg-last vce-col--xl-last vce-col--md-first vce-col--lg-first vce-col--xl-first\" id=\"el-064ccd90\"><div class=\"vce-col-inner\" data-vce-do-apply=\"border margin background  el-064ccd90\"><div class=\"vce-col-content\" data-vce-element-content=\"true\" data-vce-do-apply=\"padding el-064ccd90\"><div class=\"vce-text-block\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-ceb4a97e\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-ceb4a97e\"><p>Der Arbeitgeberverband der schweizerischen Uhrenindustrie (CP) und die Gewerkschaft Unia haben sich \u00fcber den Teuerungsausgleich f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigte der Uhren- und Mikrotechnik-industrie geeinigt.<\/p><p>Die Verhandlungspartner st\u00fctzten sich dabei gem\u00e4ss den Bestimmungen ihres Gesamt-arbeitsvertrag auf die Entwicklung des Landesindexes der Konsumentenpreise im Monat August und den medianen Lohn in der Uhrenindustrie von CHF 5\u2019465.\u2013.<\/p><p>Die Vereinbarung sieht einen vollen Teuerungsausgleich vor, der nach einem der beiden in der Branche praktizierten Modelle gew\u00e4hrt wird:<\/p><ul><li>entweder eine Erh\u00f6hung um CHF 191.\u2013 pro Monat f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten;<\/li><li>oder +3,5% f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit L\u00f6hnen zwischen<br>Fr. 4'372.\u2013 und Fr. 6'558.\u2013. F\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigte, die weniger als Fr. 4'372.\u2013 verdienen,<br>betr\u00e4gt der Teuerungsausgleich Fr. 153.\u2013; Besch\u00e4ftigte mit L\u00f6hnen \u00fcber<br>Fr. 6\u2019558.\u2013 erhalten Fr. 230.\u2013 mehr.<\/li><\/ul><p>Die Sozialpartner zeigen sich zufrieden, dass sie in einer Zeit der grossen Unsicherheiten in Bezug auf die Energieversorgung und die Konjunkturentwicklung eine Einigung erzielen konnten. Der volle Teuerungsausgleich bedeutet eine grosse wirtschaftliche Anstrengung f\u00fcr die Branche. Er ist aber notwendig, um die Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer angesichts der Inflation zu unterst\u00fctzen.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Die Vereinbarung tritt am 1.
